On Wednesday, April 10, at the University of Redlands’ Casa Loma Room, join us for a special screening of Farmers for America followed by a panel discussion on the future of U.S. farmers. Sponsored by Bon Appétit Management Company, the university’s food service provider, the event will begin at 6pm with a pre-screening gathering with light appetizers sourced from local farms, followed by the film at 7pm and the panel discussion at 8pm.

A Taste of Southern California Appetizers dreamed up by Chef Chito featuring food from farmers Bob Knight and Theo Whitcomb.
Charred Vegetable Salad | asparagus, zucchini, onions, County Line South market greens, and Meyer lemon green-garlic vinaigrette
Heritage Grains Salad | Weiser Family Farms Sonoran red wheat, Kenter Canyon Farms wild arugula, Coastal Farms heirloom tomatoes, sherry vinaigrette, and fresh herbs
Citrus Avocado Salad | Old Grove Orange navel, blood, and Cara Cara oranges, Upland cress, cilantro, Arbequina olive oil, and sea salt
